Needhams Landing Apartments
Development of a waterfront 42-unit luxury apartment community in Lynn Massachusetts in 2015-2016, managing all aspects of construction including land clearing, deep timber pile foundation system, vertical construction and lease up.
Stonecliffe Heights Single Family Community
Development of forty-six single-family homes in Saugus., Project includes all aspects of the development, from land-clearing phase through the sales phase. This project is ongoing.
Applewood Single Family Community
Development of ten single-family homes in Saugus, which included all aspects of the development, from acquisition and permitting through the sales phase.
Bellevue Heights Single Family Community
Development of twenty-seven single family building lots in Saugus, this project included all aspects of the site development, including land clearing, blasting, road construction, underground utility work, drainage infrastructure, retaining walls, retention ponds, sidewalks, curbing and paving.
Stonecrest Single Family Community
Development of ten single-family homes in Saugus, which included all aspects of the development, from acquisition and permitting through the sales phase.
Forest Highlands Single Family Community
Development of forty single-family homes in Saugus, which included all aspects of the development, from acquisition and permitting through the sales phase.
Hitching Hill Home Relocation Project
Home relocation project in Saugus involving the acquisition and moving of four large 3800sf homes which had been constructed on distressed parcels, approximately ¼ of a mile and placing them on new lots and foundations, completing construction and handling the staging, marketing and sales of the homes
Newhall’s Crossing Commercial Retail Project
Site development for 2.7 acre commercial retail shopping plaza in Peabody. Project included site preparation, underground utilities, subsurface drainage facility, management and disposal of hazardous materials, excavation, backfilling, compaction and installation of foundations for two buildings totaling 34,000sf, concrete slab preparation, installation of curbing, parking lots and walkways.
Franklin Heights Single Family Community
Site contract for individual lots construction, including excavation and backfill of foundations, management and disposal of hazardous site materials, concrete foundations, concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks and landscaping.
Interstate Properties Commercial Office Site
Site development for a planned 80,000sf office building addition on Route 1 in Saugus, including excavation, backfill, compaction, mechanical and utility work.
Dunkin Donuts Commercial Project
Complete site development for Dunkin Donuts. Project included land clearing, rock hammering, ledge removal, underground utilities, subsurface drainage facility, sewer pump station, building foundation, parking lots, curbing, paving and landscaping, as well as the installation of a 300’ sewer force main up the southbound side of Route 1 in Saugus
